Buy with Confidence

Every pre-owned piano at Piano Palace NY is inspected and prepared before it leaves our Kingston showroom, and we stand behind it.

5-year parts and labor warranty

Each piano we sell comes with a 5-year Piano Palace warranty covering parts and labor. If something goes wrong with the piano's working parts during that time, we'll make it right.

What's covered: parts and labor for the piano's mechanical components.

What's not covered: the soundboard and pin block, damage from moving by others, accidents, or changes in humidity and climate, and routine tuning and regulation.

Kawai factory warranty

Some of our Kawai pianos still carry remaining factory warranty coverage from Kawai. Ask us which pianos qualify and how much coverage is left when you visit.

Lifetime trade-in

Trade in your piano anytime for the full amount you paid, toward any piano worth at least twice its original price.
